WILMETTE, Ill. — The North Shore Open is a 36-hole, Stroke Play event that will take place this upcoming weekend, April 14-15. The event features junior golfers ages 12-18 from Illinois and Wisconsin, with five of those players coming from Wilmette, Ill.
The Boys Division will play the par 70 Wilmette Golf Course from 6,364 yards, while the Girls Division will play from 6,032 yards. This is a Nationally Recognized event, meaning scores will be submitted to Junior Golf Scoreboard, and players have the opportunity to earn AJGA PBE Stars.
The field features fours sibling duos; as well as, last weekend’s Sanctuary Open Girls Division winner, Jo Baranczyk of Suamico, Wis.
