YDP 18 Hole Event #13 @ Winnetka
Updated on 7/18/19 at 9:22 AM: Due to the heavy rain we have already received and the rain forecasted for the near future, YDP 18 Hole Event #13 at Winnetka will be cancelled for today. We are currently working on a rescheduled date and if we get a new date, you will still be signed up for the event.
Updated on 7/18/19 at 8:18 AM: We are still under a delay at Winnetka GC. We are going to delay tee times another 30 minutes. Please add 1 hour to your original tee time. We are continuing to monitor the weather as well as course conditions. At 9 AM, we will send another update.
Updated on 7/18/19 at 7:25 AM: The thorguard lightning detection system has just gone off at Winnetka GC. We will be adding 30 minutes to the start time of this event. Right now, the plan is to tee the first group off at 8:30 AM if the weather cooperates. Please add 30 minutes to your original tee time. We will be sending out another update around 8:00 AM.
IJGA-CDGA at Prairie Landing GC
Updated on 7/18/19 at 11:31 AM: MORNING WAVE ONLY: Another cell just moved into the area while we were preparing the course for the 12:00 PM start. With this additional rain, we are going to delay the start and plan on a 1:00 PM start. Please meet on the putting green by #1 tee at 12:40 PM for a players meeting prior to the round. Obviously this is not an ideal situation, but we are committed to doing everything we can in order to get the event in for you, given that this is a nationally recognized event that carries AJGA PBE and Junior Golf Scoreboard Rankings.
Updated on 7/18/19 at 10:00 AM: This is for the morning wave players only. We are planning on having a 12:00 PM shot gun start today for your round. Practice facilities will be open at 10:15 AM for your use. If you have yet to come to registration, please check in to receive your lunch ticket and tee gift. Your lunch ticket can be redeemed at the halfway house, which is connected to the clubhouse. There will be a player meeting on the putting green next to the 1st tee at 11:40 AM. You will receive your scorecard and hole location sheet at that time. We will briefly go over information for your round and then head out to your starting holes.
Updated on 7/18/19 at 8:33 AM: There is still inclement weather in the area and we are still under delay at Prairie Landing GC. As a result, we will need to delay tee times further. For the afternoon wave (12:30 PM to 2:30 PM original tee times), with this delay, we would not be able to finish your round today due to daylight issues. Only the morning wave will be playing today. This will be an 18-hole event. All players that had an afternoon tee time today will be playing tomorrow morning. We are having a shotgun start at 7:30 AM tomorrow. The practice facility will open up at 6:15 AM. We will be sending you your pairing and starting hole later today. For the morning wave players playing today, we will be having a shotgun start for your round as well. We will be sending out another email at 10:00 AM updating you on the status of the weather delay and when we plan on opening the practice facility and starting the shotgun.

As of now, please add 1 hour to your ORIGNINAL tee time. If you have any questions, please respond to this email.
Updated on 7/18/19 at 6:58 AM: Due to inclement weather in the area, we had to close the practice facility. We will be delaying MORNING WAVE ONLY tee times by 15 minutes to allow the players a proper warm up time once the range opens. If you are playing in the afternoon wave, your tee time will NOT change.
