ADDISON, Ill. – The Mid-American Junior Golf Tour heads to The Preserve at Oak Meadows on July 12-13. The field features 87 junior golfers ages 12-18 who hail from Illinois and Wisconsin.
The Boys Division will play the course as a par 72 from 7,015 yards, while the Girls Division will play from 5,700 yards. Please note that yardages for each round will be based on variable conditions such as weather conditions, course maintenance, etc. If you plan to play a practice round, please keep this in mind and hit multiple tee shots from different tee boxes. This is a Nationally Recognized event, meaning scores will be submitted to Junior Golf Scoreboard and players in the Girls Division have the opportunity to earn guaranteed AJGA PBE Stars.
The field features one 2018 Champion, as well as eight members of the Class of 2018 – three of whom have signed to play collegiate golf in the fall. Earlier this year The Preserve at Oak Meadows hosted the DuPage County Junior Classic which serves as the local qualifier for the IMG Junior Worlds Championship.
